We want you to feel like a goddess in your Avigail Adam pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your jewelry in its original branded box and protective padding to ensure it reaches us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
